This Shipping Policy describes how Luche OOD, operating under the trade name Luche, handles the shipping and delivery of orders placed on our website.
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are not processed or shipped on:
- weekends
- public holidays
During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.
2. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to:
- European Union countries
- selected international destinations
If your country is not available at checkout, it means shipping is currently unavailable to that location.
3. Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times:
Europe
5–10 business days
International destinations
7–15 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to:
- courier delays
- customs processing
- weather conditions
- peak shopping periods.
Luche OOD is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or customs authorities.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- delivery location
- selected shipping method
- order weight or value
Promotional offers such as free shipping may be applied from time to time.
5. Customs Duties and Import Taxes
For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, and other fees may apply.
These charges are:
- determined by the destination country
- the responsibility of the customer
Luche OOD has no control over these charges.
6. Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an incorrect address is provided:
- we cannot guarantee delivery
- additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may be refunded excluding shipping costs.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once the package has been handed over to the courier, responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier.
Luche OOD is not responsible for:
- lost packages after confirmed delivery
- stolen packages from mailboxes or doorsteps.
Customers are encouraged to contact the courier directly in case of delivery issues.
8. Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged:
- take photos of the package and the product
- contact us within 48 hours of delivery

9. Tracking Information

Tracking updates are managed by the courier and may take 24–48 hours to appear.
