This Returns and Refund Policy governs the conditions under which products purchased through this website may be returned. By placing an order on this website, the customer fully accepts the terms outlined below.
1. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with European consumer protection regulations, customers have the right to request a return within 14 days from the date of delivery of the order.
To exercise this right, the customer must send a request by email to:

The request must include:
- order number
- name used for the purchase
- item(s) to be returned
- reason for the return
Return requests submitted after the 14-day period will not be accepted.
All returns must receive prior authorization. Returns sent without authorization may be refused.
2. Conditions for Return Acceptance
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet all of the following conditions:
- the product must not have been used, washed, altered, or damaged
- the item may be tried on only for the purpose of checking size and fit, similar to trying on a garment in a physical store
- the item must not have been worn for personal use or for an extended period
- the item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received
- all original tags and labels must remain attached and intact
- the item must be returned in its original packaging
Items showing any of the following will not be accepted:
- smell of perfume
- smell of smoke
- smell of detergent or fabric softener
- stains of any kind
- make-up marks
- pet hair
- signs of wear or damage
Items that do not comply with these requirements will be rejected and returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and commercial reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- items purchased on sale, discount, or promotion
- underwear / intimate garments
- swimwear without the hygienic protective liner (hygiene seal)
- items returned without original tags
- personalized or custom items
- items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer
These items are excluded from the right of return.
4. Quality Inspection
All returned items undergo a strict quality inspection.
If the returned item does not meet the required conditions:
- the return will be rejected
- the item will be sent back to the customer
- return shipping costs will be charged to the customer
5. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping costs will only be covered by the seller if the item received is:
- defective
- incorrect compared to the order placed
The original shipping costs of the order are non-refundable.
6. Refund Process
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 7–14 business days.
Refunds will normally be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
However, the store reserves the right, where applicable, to issue store credit instead of a monetary refund.
7. Excessive or Abusive Returns
To protect the integrity of our business, we reserve the right to:
- refuse returns from customers who repeatedly return items
- limit or refuse future orders from customers whose accounts show abnormal or abusive return behavior
- suspend accounts suspected of misuse of the return policy
8. Return Limits
To prevent abuse of the return system, we reserve the right to:
- limit the number of items eligible for return per order
- refuse returns when multiple items are returned frequently by the same customer
These measures are intended to ensure fair use of our return policy.
9. Return Authorization and Address
The return address will only be provided after the return request has been approved.
Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
10. Responsibility for Return Shipment
Customers are responsible for ensuring the safe return of the product.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service.
We are not responsible for returns that are lost, damaged, or not delivered during transit.
